Start to finish process. Upon being assigned a project, we obtain a thorough understanding of the position and its responsibilities within the company and the personnel associated with the position. We obtain an understanding of the key elements needed for the new employee to be successful in his/her new role.
Once a complete understanding is achieved, we research people and industries to uncover potential candidates that are a match for the company and position. Those candidates are interviewed and processed through the company’s internal interviewing program, or as directed by the client. Our Executive Search services take all the work out of the
